DESCRIPTION:Join us for Kari’s Joy Jammers by Heart of the Child Music Education from 10:30-11:30am on Friday mornings at The Floyd Country Store. \nThis class is a joyful\, interactive group musical experience for children and their caregivers at The Floyd Country Store. These FUN and developmentally appropriate classes are produced by Kari Kovick and Heart of the Child Music Education and foster a love of music while building foundational musical skills\, safe connection\, secure attachment\, and healthy community. \nJoy Jammers is aimed toward children ages 0 to 6. \nDates are subject to cancellation or change pending teacher availability\, inclement weather\, illness\, etc. Individual classes are $15 per child for drop in. Five-class passes are available for $60\, or 10 for $120 (or $12 per class). Now is the perfect time to be planning your garden!\nSince the beginning of agriculture\, human beings have been arranging their planting dates and calendars by the rhythms of the moon\, sun\, planets\, and stars. Creating planting calendars based on these rhythms and planetary influences has continued to this day. The Old Farmer’s Almanac\, for example\, is the oldest consistently published periodical in the Unites States\, with its first edition in 1792. While many older Almanacs are going out of print as their creative source becomes more and more remote\, a new science of star wisdom based in modern natural scientific research has emerged\, developing over the last 100 years through the practices and teachings of biodynamic agriculture and the work of Rudolf Steiner. The Stella Natura Biodynamic Planting Calendar\, produced here in Floyd at Spikenard Farm Honeybee Sanctuary\, gives inspiration and practical advice for gardeners\, professional growers\, and anyone interested in working with cosmic rhythms and in harmony with the heavens\, grounded here on Earth. DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Floyd Country Store every Friday Night at 6:30 pm for the Friday Night Jamboree. \nLearn more about the Friday Night Jamboree here. \nGeneral Admission Tickets\nGeneral admission tickets are available at the door every Friday at 4:45pm before the Jamboree. General admission tickets are not available in advance and seating is not guaranteed. Cost is $10 for adults and $7 for children ages 7-12. Kids 6 and under are free. \n\n\nFriend of the Jamboree\nAre you a Friday Night Jamboree regular? Ask about our Friend of the Jamboree program! A $20 membership allows the bearer $7 admission into the Jamboree all year long\, paying for itself in just four visits. Must be purchased at the Floyd Country Store. \n\n\nReserved Seating Tickets\nWe are happy to offer a very limited number of reserved seats\, located in the center section starting from the second row through the fifth row (limited to 42 seats\, maximum eight tickets per order). Seating is assigned on a first-come\, first served basis\, per customer request and special needs. Please include helpful information in the notes section that will help us best accommodate your group. We will do our best to honor requests and seat your group together if possible. \nReserved tickets can be purchased online for $16 each. Since it is a reserved seat\, children using a seat are the same price as adults\, therefore\, ticket reservations need to made for them as well. There are no refunds or exchanges. We ask that you be in your seats by 6:30 pm or your reservation will be canceled. We look forward to having you at the Friday Night Jamboree! \nNote: If reserved seating is sold out\, you can still purchase general admission tickets at the door. \n\nReserve Seats Online
