Mountainsong Plant Walk & Herbal Workshop

Join us for a great three-hour plant walk and herbal workshop as we meet a variety of Appalachian herbs and begin to build relationships with them. Get a little closer to the wondrous creation, a perfect family adventure. Learn why just a few deep relationships with plant allies in your yard can make all the difference in your day to day health. We will deeply explore a few plants and the potential for our relationships with them. We will learn how to identify them in their plant family, ethically harvest them, several methods of preserving and processing them, what type of formulas they are often in and how we use them here at Mountain Song Herbals. This is an in-depth plant walk and herb workshop, we will not see the whole forest but you will walk away with plant identifying and use empowerment skills. Hopefully, you will also walk away feeling inspired to dig deeper into your relationships with these plants.
