Learn about caring for your body and mind from nature’s medicine with teacher Stephanie Sky. Students will learn how to detox their body, alleviate stress and anxiety, relieve pain within their joints and muscles, as well as how to build their immune systems year-round.
In class you will learn:
-Introduction to 10 common western herbs and their uses
-How to make tinctures, infused oils, teas, decoctions & elixirs.
-The basics of incorporating herbs into your everyday health practice.
-Basic philosophies of western herbalism
-How to use herbs safely and with intention
Each student will receive a PDF E-Book with all information from class.
Bring a notebook, come with questions, and be ready to learn.
