This class is designed to dive deep into the depths of the self through asana (or yoga postures).
We will use pranayama (breathing exercises) and energizing sequences to build “tapas” or heat to get the blood flowing, more challenging postures and end with some deep stretching and meditation. Kyra will give guidance, offer modifications and suggestions throughout the class to go deeply into the inner experience of poses – all in a safe supportive environment.
Some experience with yoga suggested. $15 per student, first class is free.
